REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Vibe Move Flex, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, consulting, and transformational experiences. Due to the nature of our services and digital content, this Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or credits may or may not be granted.
By purchasing a product, enrolling in a program, or booking a service through our website www.vibemoveflex.coach, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 
1. General Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific program or product.

Due to the time-intensive, client-centered nature of our offerings — including coaching programs, consulting services, and digital content — we do not offer cash refunds once services have begun or products have been accessed or downloaded.
 
2. Program Enrollment Refunds
We offer coaching programs, group experiences, and digital courses that may include downloadable resources, live or recorded content, community access, and time-based support.

Refund Eligibility:
 

  • You may request a refund prior to the start date of the program and before accessing any content (including downloadable materials or course portals).
     

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request in writing via email to contact@vibemoveflex.coach at least 72 hours before the program start date.
     

Prorated Refunds (If Applicable):
 

  • If the program has started and you have participated in group calls, accessed content, or downloaded materials, no refunds will be issued for time spent or content used.
     

  • Prorated refunds are not provided for partial participation, early withdrawal, or dissatisfaction after accessing services.
     

Important Notes:
 

  • Refunds will not be granted for failure to participate, missed sessions, or change of schedule.
     

  • Enrollment in a program reflects a commitment of time, energy, and space from the coach and limits access for other clients. Each client’s commitment is expected in return.
     

 
3. Private Coaching & Consulting Sessions
Individual coaching and consulting sessions are non-refundable, but we offer credit toward rescheduling when proper notice is given.

Reschedule Credit Policy:
 

  • Clients may receive full session credit only if cancellation is communicated in writing via email to contact@vibemovefex.coach at least 2 full business days in advance of the scheduled session.
     

  • Business days do not include weekends or company-observed holidays. For example, if your session is on a Tuesday, you must cancel by the preceding Friday at the latest.
     

Missed Sessions & No-Shows:
 

  • No-shows or failure to cancel within the stated time frame will result in forfeiture of the session fee, and no reschedule credit will be issued.
     

  • Refunds or credits will not be provided for sessions missed due to client error, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.
     

 
4. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
All sales of downloadable resources, tools, templates, and digital content are final. Due to the immediate nature of access, no refunds will be issued once a product has been purchased or downloaded.
 
5. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund (if eligible), please email us at contact@vibemoveflex.coach with the following:
 

  • Your full name and email used to make the purchase
     

  • Name of the product, service, or program
     

  • Proof of payment or receipt
     

  • Reason for your refund request
     

  • Date of your scheduled service or program start (if applicable)
     

We will respond to all requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds (if applicable) may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
 
6. Exceptions & Final Discretion
All refund and credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to modify or deny a request that does not meet the terms stated above.
We aim to treat all clients with fairness and professionalism, and we ask that clients respect the time, energy, and effort we dedicate to creating a meaningful coaching and learning experience.
