Engaging in coaching or consulting does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or similar legally privileged relationship.
 
A separate Coaching or Service Agreement may apply to clients participating in 1:1 services, intensives, or consulting engagements.
 
3. Courses, Programs & Digital Content
We may provide access to a variety of paid or free offerings, including:

5. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy
Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is specifically offered. You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
 
Refund Policy: Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our content and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product or service sales page.
 
No refunds will be provided for:

• Non-attendance or missed live sessions (i.e. coaching, consulting, event forums, etc.)
   

• Non-use of available resources (clients are responsible for both guided and unguided engagement of provided tools and resources)
   

• Failure to participate fully in a course or program
   

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to our services and resources.
 
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided on the website or as part of our services — including but not limited to course materials, videos, documents, worksheets, branding, and written content — are the intellectual property of Vibe Move Flex, LLC and/or its licensors.
 
You may not:
